Selamta Yoga Mat, LLC has in place a return policy for both damaged items and consumers who are unsatisfied with their orders. In the unlikely event that the consumer has received an item that was damaged in transit or deemed defective, the Company must be notified within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt of the item in order for a request for refund/exchange to be honoured. Selamta Yoga Mat, LLC accepts returns of mats up to thirty (30) days from the date of delivery, minus the shipping cost. The policy requires that consumers make contact with Selamta Yoga Mat, LLC prior to mailing returns to the Company via insured and tracking-enabled mail, and returns will be processed in no later than ten (10) business days. The Company is unable to accept returns for items that have been altered or damaged after being received, for example:

  • Creases/Folds from improper handling and/or storing- it is best to lay the mat flat or keep it rolled up

  • Damage from excessive amounts of water or other liquids

  •  Improper cleaning (i.e. harsh chemicals, damage from a washing machine)

  • Damage from use other than yoga or similar fitness activities

  • Uneven color patterns or discoloration due to use

  • Damage from outside elements/factors that puncture or deface the mat
